There is a decent-sized hospital and police station on Koh Yao Noi. You will not need to worry about crime – the island is very quiet.
There is also a pharmacy in Koh Yao Noi village and a clinic near to the village too.
If you should have an accident, the hospital or clinic should be able to help you but you will want to make plans to transfer to Phuket and one of the international hospitals there.
You should also insure you have travel insurance in case of any unforeseen medical emergencies or loss of belongings.
